This is such an appetizing dish! Sweet and sour sauce but with noodles, served warm. You should defintely try this if you’re getting bored of the same kind of noodles and sphagetti all the time and you want a twist!

INGREDIENTS:
1 pack noodles
3/4 cup Thai sweet and sour sauce
1/3 cup water
1 tsp salt
1 tsp corn starch
1 cup shrimp/ prawns (peeled)
4 cloves of garlic (finely chopped)
2 tbsp cilantro
DIRECTIONS:
1. Boil the noodles until it just softens
2. Wash the shirmp throughly and add in corn starch and salt to mix
3. In a pan, with medium heat, add 1 clove of garlic and fry the shrimp till cooked
4. Save the shrimp in another bowl
5. In the same pan cook the rest of the garlic with the Thai sauce and water
6. Add in salt to taste for the sauce if wanted
7. Place noodles onto a plate, add on sauce and shrimp
8. Sprinkle with cilantro
