Goat Cheese, Avocado, Plum Crostini

My perfect lunch! Didn’t have a baguette, but toasts will do!

INGREDIENTS:

2 toast

half of avocado - sliced

1/4 cup goat cheese

3 tbsp butter

1/4 cup miracle whip, or mayonnaise

3-4 plums or peach - thinly sliced

DIRECTIONS:

1. Prepare the toasts by cutting them into quarters.

2. Spread butter on all the toast.

3. Sprinkle bits of goat cheese onto the buttered toast and add mayonnaise.

4. Add on avocado and plum slices.

5. Sprinkle rest of the goat cheese on top.

Easy and tasty!
