Baked Yam Fries
INGREDIENTS:
2 yams
1 lemon- squeezed
3 tsp paprika
3 tsp cumin
salt and pepper
2 tbsp olive oil
DIRECTIONS:
1. Slice the yams horizontally first then cut into smaller rectangular shapes.
2. In a bowl, coat yam with olive oil, lemon juice, cumin and paprika.
3. Spread yams onto a pan in one single layer, then baked at 450’C for 15-20 minutes.
4. Sprinkle with salt and pepper when cooked.
